Psychology sessions are offered in a nature-based setting drawing on nature to inspire and support therapeutic change. Both nature and physical activity have been shown to have therapeutic benefits including helping to calm and sooth the nervous system. Sessions are 1 hour and may include walking and sitting in nature. 

Eco-social group activities

Combining the benefits of nature and group support and connection whilst caring for the environment. Conservation activities  involving giving back to nature through tending conservation values including involvement in planting, hand weeding, bird and mammal habitat augmentation, release and monitoring and other conservation activities on the 550 acres of conservation area on Peakgrove and Murrumvale.
