Joanne Byrnes - BSc (Psych) and Master of Gestalt Therapy is a PACFA clinical registrant and supervisor. She has worked at length with trauma and provides a safe place to explore this. She works systemically and is passionate about exploring supports both internally and within the community.

 

Joanne facilitates and conducts training in Family and Systemic Constellations. With Constellations, the emphasis shifts to your whole system and the inter-relatedness of all the parts.

Joanne has trained in advanced group facilitation and is very experienced at working with groups as a teacher, a coach, a facilitator and a therapist. During 25 years as an Air Traffic Controller at Sydney and Melbourne, Joanne developed skills in clear communication, working under pressure, spatial planning and implementation, multi-tasking and complex systems processes. She is also skilled at dealing with crisis, traumas and emergencies.
