Peakgrove Equine Assisted Experiences

Empowering people to create simple and effective life strategies, reflected to us through the wisdom of horses

At Peakgrove Farm we use equine-assisted therapy, in which horses are an integral part of a therapeutic process, along with other powerful change techniques.

Equine-assisted therapy is a powerful transformative technique to support fundamental shifts to help solve life's problems, whether at work, home or in the community. Horses are similar to humans in their behavioural responses and social structures and so they provide a mirror which helps us to gain deeper insights into our own behaviour in a unique and non-threatening way.

Peakgrove Farm is set in a magnificent rural environment, 45 minutes from Canberra. We offer personal breakthrough weekend workshops to build self-esteem and personal confidence, improve communication and interpersonal effectiveness, build trust and explore and improve group dynamics. You don't need horse experience to participate in our workshops.

Our facilitators are mentored directly by the world founder of equine-assisted therapy, Greg Kersten.
